HAS’s work programme is defined each year at the end of a programming procedure carried out in consultation with the Ministry of Solidarity and Health and the National Health Insurance fund.

Requests for inclusion in the work programme come from bodies authorised to submit them to HAS, in accordance with article R161-71 of the French Social Security Code.

After the hierarchisation phase, the requests selected are entered in HAS’s work programme, after validation by the College.

HAS’s works listed in the work programme are subject to change depending on the priorities relating to the current situation, which may lead to adaptation of the work programme practice requirements.
